Refund policy

30-DAY NO HASSLE EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • If your shapewear doesn't fit you can exchange your Body Shaper back to us within 30 days of the delivery date. We will cover your return shipping on your first order by including a pre-paid label with your original delivery to provide a hassle-free Exchange Experience. You can also call us (866-777-2307) or email us (support@shapewears.net) or contact us via our contact form about the fit issue. Once we receive your exchange, we will take care of the exchange or full credit store for you. 
  • International customers will be responsible for shipping both directions. Please consult a sizing expert before completing your purchase.
  • Item(s) must be inNew Condition for an exchange or full store credit. If the item(s) arrive in any other than "new condition" a 25% restocking fee (of full retail price) will be charged, or if in poor condition may not qualify for a return.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your full store credit/exchange.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM:

  • Visit our online Exchange Center and fill out the web form.
  • Print the confirmation email and include your item(s). If you are unable to print the email, please include your invoice or order number so we may process your full credit store/exchange.
  • If you know what item you like to receive for an exchange, please include that in the return notes (found on the form)

RETURN RESTRICTIONS:

  • Sales on discontinued and clearance items are subject to return approval by All About Shapewear.
  • Items over 30 days will be offered a gift certificate minus a 25% restocking fee (of full retail price).
  • Items over 90 days will not be accepted for either a refund or a gift certificate.

SHIPPING

How's & When's:

  • All in-stock orders placed Monday-Friday ship within 24 hours from the date of purchase.
  • We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.
  • USPS orders after 5 PM EST will be shipped next business day. Orders placed Friday after 5 PM EST will not ship until the following business day (Monday or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday).
  • We cannot guarantee delivery times, but provide estimates as provided by our carriers (EPacket).
  • Packages are shipped in discreet packaging.

SHIPPING COSTS:

  • We offer FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING in the US. Upgrades are available for Express Saver and Priority Mail at a discounted rate.

APARTMENT DWELLERS:

  • We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your doorstep that was delivered by the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

  • Shipping rates are calculated by weight at checkout and assessed in real time.
  • Please be advised that many countries charge a duty or tax on products coming in from the US. Check with your local customs agency for details.
  • Delivery times vary from country to country. We provide estimates based on EPacket delivery estimates.Please NOTE these time estimates do NOT include time held up in customs.
